Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal Uncooked
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounces dried mixed fruit Diced
- 2 tablespoons oats
Directions

1Combine 1 1/2 cups oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt.

2Combine juice, oil, egg and vanilla and add to dry ingredients.

3Mix well.

4Stir in fruit.

5Spread into a 13x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.

6Sprinkle with remaining oats.

7Bake at 375 for 20-22 minutes or until lightly browned and edges pull away from sides of pan.

8Cool completely.

9Cut into bars.

10Store tightly covered.
