  • 1 1/2 c. home quick grits
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cubes butter
  • 1 to 2 c. grated cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients.

    Cook until thick.

    When bubbling, take off heat.

    Add last 3 ingredients.

    Bake in greased dish at 350° for 1 hour.
