- 2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 2 lb. sausage
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
Directions

1Place croutons in dish; top with cheese.

2Cook sausage; drain. Put on top of cheese.

3Mix eggs, mustard, milk, mushrooms and soup; pour over sausage.

4May be refrigerated overnight and reheated.

5Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
