Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 cups fibre cereal with fruit

Directions

    MIX flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.

    BEAT eggs, milk, molasses and margarine.

    Stir into flour mixture.

    Mix in cereal.

    POUR into greased 9 X 5 inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350F 55 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean.

    COOL to room temperature.

    Slice, wrap and freeze.
