  • 6 to 8 slices bread
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Place bread in pan.

    Fry bacon crisp and break in small pieces.

    Mix bacon and rest of ingredients. Pour over bread and cover with foil.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake next day in 350° oven for 1 hour.
