- 6 to 8 slices bread
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Place bread in pan.

3Fry bacon crisp and break in small pieces.

4Mix bacon and rest of ingredients. Pour over bread and cover with foil.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake next day in 350° oven for 1 hour.
