  • 5 c. carrots (2 lb.), sliced, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1 large onion, sliced and separated (raw)
  • 1 large green pepper, sliced and cut smaller
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. bell pepper
  • 1 c. sugar

    Mix the last 9 ingredients together.

    Pour over vegetables. Cover tightly.

    Let stand 12 hours, but should be stirred several times during this period for proper blending.
