  • 1 c. canned evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients in a blender until well blended.

    Pour into a well-greased glass pie dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This recipe makes its own pie shell.
