- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen loose packed hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg. canned crescent rolls
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- pepper
Directions

1Separate rolls into 8 triangles and place on an ungreased pizza pan, points toward center.

2Press dough over bottom and sides to form a crust.

3Layer sausage and potatoes on crust.

4Top with cheddar cheese.

5Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper.
