  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup frozen loose packed hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg. canned crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • pepper

Directions

    Separate rolls into 8 triangles and place on an ungreased pizza pan, points toward center.

    Press dough over bottom and sides to form a crust.

    Layer sausage and potatoes on crust.

    Top with cheddar cheese.

    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper.
