- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
- 1 c. loosely packed hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2In skillet, cook sausage until browned and drain.

3Separate crescents into triangles and press into a 12-inch pizza pan with sides.

4Spoon sausage over crust.

5Then sprinkle with potatoes.

6Top with shredded cheese.

7(You can refrigerate a few hours or overnight, if desired.

8Cover with foil.)

9In a small bowl, beat together eggs, salt and pepper.

10Pour over crust and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
