Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In skillet cook sausage until brown; drain off fat.

    Separate rolls into 8 triangles.

    Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

    Press over bottom and up sides; seal. Spoon on the sausage, then potatoes, then Cheddar.

    In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over crust.

    Sprinkle on Parmesan.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
