- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In skillet cook sausage until brown; drain off fat.

2Separate rolls into 8 triangles.

3Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

4Press over bottom and up sides; seal. Spoon on the sausage, then potatoes, then Cheddar.

5In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

6Pour over crust.

7Sprinkle on Parmesan.

8Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

9Makes 6 to 8 servings.
