  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Separate dough (crescent rolls) and arrange in deep pan. Press over bottom and up sides, making sure to seal all perforations.

    Spoon sausage over dough.

    Sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese.

    Set aside.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over cheese.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Make sure pan is deep.
