  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. or larger grated sharp Cheddar cheese

    Saute sausage and drain.

    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.

    Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Pour egg mixture on top.
