  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano (dried whole)
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • bell pepper (optional garnish)
  • red pepper (optional garnish)

Directions

    Brown the sausage.

    Separate dinner rolls into 8 triangles. Place in 12-inch pizza pan with elongated ends to center.

    Close in the perforated sides and press dough up the sides of pan.

    Bake at 375° for 5 minutes.

    Remove (will be puffy).

    Spoon sausage onto crust.

    Sprinkle cheeses.
