- 1 lb. cooked, drained and crumbled sausage, ham, bacon or turkey
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar
- 5 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In 9 x 13-inch pan, press out rolls to make bottom crust. Press all rolls together.

2Spread meat evenly on crust.

3Cover with cheese.

4Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.

5Pour carefully over crust.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden.
