- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. milk
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 (12-inch) pre-baked Italian bread pizza shell
- 2 c. diced ham
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
Directions

1In a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons butter. Add flour. Cook 1 minute.

2Stir in milk. Cook until mixture boils and thickens. Cool slightly.
