- 2 whole ripe papayas, at room temperature
- 2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 14 cup bacardi rum
Directions

1Peel and cube the papayas into bite-size pieces.

2Sprinkle with the sugar and mix together gently.

3Add the rum.

4Mix together and let sit for about five minutes to absorb the flavour.

5Serve or let sit in the refrigerator for later.
