  • 2 whole ripe papayas, at room temperature
  • 2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 14 cup bacardi rum

Directions

    Peel and cube the papayas into bite-size pieces.

    Mix together and let sit for about five minutes to absorb the flavour.
