- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 can crescent dinner rolls
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

1Crumble sausage into medium skillet.

2Cook over medium heat until brown.

3Stir occasionally.

4Drain well.

5Line bottom of a buttered 9 x 3-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.

6Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients.

7Beat well and pour over sausage. Bake in 425° oven for 15 minutes or until set; let stand 5 minutes and cut into squares.
