- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar, Swiss or Jack cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- small onion, chopped
Directions

1In a skillet cook sausage until browned; drain off excess fat. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.

2Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center.

3Press over bottom and sides to form a crust, seal perforations.

4Spoon sausage over crust.

5Sprinkle with hash browns and onion.

6Top with cheese.

7In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

8Pour into crust.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
