- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook sausage; drain well.

2Set aside.

3Separate rolls into 8 triangles.

4Place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch deep dish pizza pan.

5Press bottom and sides to form a crust and seal perforations in dough.

6Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on lower oven rack.

7(Crust will be puffy when removed from the oven.)

8Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
