- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 (8) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loose packed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain off fat.

2Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

3Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

4Press over bottom and sides to form crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and top with Cheddar cheese.

5Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

6Pour over crust.

7Sprinkle Parmesan over all.

8Bake in 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

9Serves 6 to 8.
