- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
- 1 c. thawed hash browns
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage.

2Separate crescent rolls and press into 12-inch pizza pan.

3Put sausage on top of rolls, then the thawed hash browns, followed by the Cheddar cheese.

4Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, then pour over sausage, potatoes and cheese; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
