  • 1 lb. bulk pkg. sausage
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs

Directions

    Brown sausage.

    Drain.

    Separate rolls into 8 triangles.

    Put in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.

    Press together and up sides for crust.

    Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle in potatoes.

    Top with cheese.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour in crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
