- 1 can (8 rolls) crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 c. frozen hash browns or Tater Tots
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 green pepper
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls.

2Press into bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan.

3Seal the sides of rolls together to form the crust.

4Onto the crust, layer sausage, potatoes and Cheddar cheese.

5Beat the eggs into the milk and pour on top.

6Add green peppers.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
