Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 pkg. eight refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan for the topping

Directions

    Separate crescent dough into eight triangles and press into ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points to the center, sides and bottom to form crust.

    Seal all holes.

    Spoon browned sausage over crust.

    Sprinkle with potatoes and top with Cheddar cheese.

    Pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake in 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
