  • 1 can buttered biscuits or crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
  • 1 large bag sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • onions (optional)

Directions

    Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam.

    Roll out biscuits or rolls and put in pan.

    Put crumbled sausage over biscuits.

    Spread cheese over sausage.

    Mix eggs and milk and pour over cheese.

    Salt and pepper.

    Add onions if desired.

    Sprinkle with oregano.

    Bake at 350° for 27 to 30 minutes.
