- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. frozen hash browns
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage; drain.

2Separate rolls and place in 12-inch pizza pan with points to center.

3Press together to form a crust. Spoon in sausage, hash browns, then cheese.

4Beat eggs, milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.

5Pour over all.

6Put the Parmesan cheese on top.

7Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
