- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 c. celery, chopped
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

2Place loaf in an oiled loaf pan.

3Bake in moderate oven at 350° until brown and firm.
