  • 2 c. flaked salmon, well drained (water packed)
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2/3 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Mix ingredients.

    Place loaf in an oiled loaf pan.

    Bake in moderate oven at 350° until brown and firm.
