  • 1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss, Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese and a little Mozzarella
  • chopped onions (if desired)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Fry sausage and drain.

    Spread crescent rolls onto a pizza pan.

    Sprinkle sausage onto the crescent rolls.

    Sprinkle on cheese.

    Add onions.

    Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over everything.

    Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
