- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. frozen loose pack hash browns, partially thawed
- 1/4 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a skillet, cook sausage until brown; drain off excess fat. Separate rolls and pat in pizza pan with points toward center. Spoon sausage over crust.

2Sprinkle potatoes and top with cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over crust.

3Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

4Bake in 375° oven for about 25 minutes.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
