- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loose pack hash browns
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage in skillet until browned; drain. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.

2Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

3Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust.

4Seal perforations.

5Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

6Pour into crust.

7Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Cook at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
