- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 c. frozen hash browns
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped finely green peppers, onions and tomatoes
Directions

1Place crescent rolls (unrolled) over pan; press edges together to seal.

2Turn edges up.

3Spoon sausage over crust.

4Sprinkle hash browns, veggies, salt and pepper on crust.

5Top with Cheddar cheese.

6Beat eggs; add milk and mix well.

7Pour over mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
