- 1 lb. lean pork sausage
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Separate rolls and place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center of pan. Press to fit bottom of pan and seal seams.

3Sprinkle sausage over crust.

4Toss together potatoes and cheese and sprinkle over sausage.

5Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

6Slowly pour over potato layers.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
