  • 1 whole Whole Wheat Store Bought Naan
  • 1/2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Pesto
  • 1/4 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 whole Tomato, Sliced
  • 1/4 whole Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 whole Egg
  • Basil, For Garnish
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

    Preheat oven to 500 F.

    Place naan on a baking sheet then spread with both the red sauce and pesto.

    Top with mozzarella, tomato and bell pepper. Crack the egg in the center of the pizza then place in the oven.

    Bake until the egg white has set and the yolk remains runny, about 15 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes and enjoy!
