- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen, loose packed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 6 medium eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a skillet cook sausage until brown.

2Drain off excess fat. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

3Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with point toward center.

4Press over bottom and sides to form a crust.

5Seal perforations.

6Spoon sausage over crust.

7Sprinkle with potatoes.

8Top with Cheddar cheese.
