  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. chopped ham, sausage or bacon
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese mix

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pat crescent rolls into bottom of pan for crust.

    Beat eggs, water and onion.

    Pour over crust (will barely cover).

    Top with meat, then cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
