- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. chopped ham, sausage or bacon
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese mix
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pat crescent rolls into bottom of pan for crust.

3Beat eggs, water and onion.

4Pour over crust (will barely cover).

5Top with meat, then cheese.

6Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
