  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lb. ground sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 to 3 c. O'Brien potatoes and onions (in dairy section)
  • 2 to 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix eggs, mustard and pepper.

    Lay crescent rolls out on greased cookie sheet.

    Layer sausage, hash browns and cheese.

    Pour beaten eggs over all and let settle. Cook 40 minutes at 350°.
