- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp meat tenderizer
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1in medium sized pot, heat oil with minced garlic and onion.

2chop potatoes into small cubes.

3skins can be peeled if desired.

4add cubes of potatoes to oil and add seasonings.

5cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6potatoes are done when they are soft.

7remove from heat and place in paper towel lined bowl.

8let sit in bowl for 10 minutes allowing excess oil to drain from potatoes.

9can be served topped with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onions.
