- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 slices white bread
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage, remove crust and cube bread.

2Slightly beat eggs.

3Mix sausage, eggs and bread together.

4Add cheese. Mix milk, salt and mustard; add to other ingredients by pouring over the top in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Refrigerate for at least 12 hours or overnight.

6Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes (until browned on top).
