- pastry for 9-inch pie shell
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. light cream or evaporated milk
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. onion salt
Directions

1Line pie pan with pastry; set aside.

2Brown bacon slices; drain, dice and cool.

3Combine eggs, cheese and onion salt in medium mixing bowl.

4Stir in diced bacon.

5Add cream or evaporated milk; blend well.

6Pour egg mixture into pie shell; bake in a 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

7Serve hot in wedges.
