- 16 slices bread
- 8 slices cheese
- chopped ham
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 7 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. crumbled cornflakes
- butter
Directions

1Put half of bread in 9 x 13-inch pan; top with ham, cheese and remaining bread.

2Mix together mustard, eggs, salt and milk and pour over bread mixture.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Bake in slow oven (300°) for 45 minutes.

5Top with cornflake crumbles and dot with butter.

6Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
