  • 16 slices bread
  • 8 slices cheese
  • chopped ham
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 7 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 c. crumbled cornflakes
  • butter

Directions

    Put half of bread in 9 x 13-inch pan; top with ham, cheese and remaining bread.

    Mix together mustard, eggs, salt and milk and pour over bread mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake in slow oven (300°) for 45 minutes.

    Top with cornflake crumbles and dot with butter.

    Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
