Ingredients

  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 lb. pork sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Sprinkle sausage and cheese evenly over dough (dividing it up 1/2 to each pie shell), putting the sausage first and then cheeses on top of sausage.

    Then beat remaining ingredients (eggs, milk, salt, pepper and oregano) together.

    The egg mixture makes about 2 cups.

    Pour 1 cup of this over the sausage and cheese in each pie shell and put in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until brown on top.
