- 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water (120~-130~)
- 1/2 c. warm milk (120~-130~)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 lb. bulk pork sausage (hot)
- 4 c. (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. fresh basil, minced or 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped (optional)
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

2Add water, milk, and butter.

3Beat on low until well combined.

4Turn onto a well-floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic 6-8 minutes.

5Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
