Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls or 2 pie shells
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown crumbled sausage; drain.

    Place in bottom of pie shells. (If you use crescent rolls, place in a 13 x 9-inch pan and pinch together to form crust.)

    Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour on top of sausage.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set and slightly browned.

    I make on Christmas Eve and refrigerate and bake for Christmas morning.
