- 3 c. loose pack frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. cooked ham, diced
- 2 c. shredded Colby cheese
- 1/2 c. canned milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- dry onion
Directions

1Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. Press hash browns onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.

2Sprinkle on salt and some dry onion.

3Drizzle melted butter over crust.

4Bake in 425° oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; reduce oven temperature to 350°.

5Toss together the ham and cheese.

6Place in crust.

7Beat milk with the eggs and seasoning salt.

8Pour over ham and cheese.

9Bake uncovered in 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

10Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
