  • 12 oz spanish peanut unsalted
  • 2 tsp peanut oil
  • 1 salt to taste

Directions

    Remove peanuts from shell and coating.

    Place peanuts in food processor with blade on bottom.

    Blend until all peanuts are mush.

    Stopping and scraping sides several times.

    Add peanut oil very slowly, 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

    Can add salt if desired.

    Place in a jar.

    Enjoy!

    Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
