- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 6 oz. quick oatmeal or 3 oz. oatmeal and 3 oz. Fruit and Fibre
- 1 1/3 c. dry milk powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 c. raisins (golden raisins are sweeter)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except raisins.

2Fold raisins in last. Pour into loaf pan or square pan that has been sprayed.

3Bake at 350° until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.

4Cut into 8 equal bars.

5Each bar counts as 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1/2 milk and 10 calories.
