  • 1 cup long-grain brown rice
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

    Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 40 minutes.

    Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

    This may also be made in a slow cooker overnight.

    Combine all of the ingredients and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

    Serve with Blueberry sauce.
