- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add flour and stir until smooth.

3Add milk and beaten egg yolks.

4Cook until very thick.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Add drained corn and cheese.

7Stir in stiffly beaten egg whites.

8Pour into greased 2-quart casserole and bake in 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
