  • 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
