  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 lb. dry soybeans, soaked and cooked
  • water soybeans were cooked in
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. kelp powder
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Saute green pepper and onion in oil until tender.

    Combine soybeans, cooking water, sauteed vegetables, catsup, salt, kelp powder, honey and molasses in casserole.

    Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Serves 8 to 10.
